$UTG This needs to come down a lot more before I start thinking about reinvesting. It's been a great run, but it got too hot for a utility income fund. $DNP and $UTF are better buys right now IMO. $HTD for that matter too

$UTF It will be interesting to see what they take as the final subscription price; the greater of: 1.) 95% of the average of the last reported sales price of UTF on the New York Stock Exchange on the expiration date and the four preceding trading days. -OR- 2.) 90% of the Net Asset Value (NAV) on the offer expiration date. As of today, it's option 2 but that could change once the final NAV is calculated.

$UTG $DNP and $UTF holders: has anyone looked into $AMZA for midstream exposure? I like that it pays monthly as opposed to $AMLP (which is a great ETF in its own right)

$UTF The rights are transferable, it's a 5-1 for the RT. Offering is - Subscription price will be based upon a formula equal to the higher of 95% of the average market price on expiration date and the four preceding trading days on the NYSE or 90% of net asset value (“NAV”) on expiration date (the “Subscription Price”)

$UTG vs $UTF ⚡️🔌 UTG = U.S.-focused, utility-heavy—well-positioned for AI/data center-driven electricity demand. Lower NAV premium + lower fee = more rate-sensitive upside if yields fall. UTF = more international + infra play, uses more leverage. Stronger 10Y total return 📈, but trades at a richer premium. Both = monthly income machines 💸. Pick your flavor: Domestic yield play vs Global growth+yield. #ClosedEndFunds #IncomeInvesting #Utilities #Infrastructure #Stocks https://seekingalpha.com/article/4800911-utf-vs-utg-battle-of-top-monthly-dividend-funds
