$UTG Bought back 1/3 of the shares I sold today at $41.30 for $40.85. May or may not hold them thru ex-div (17th). Gotta depend on the price action between now and the 16th! 🥰🍀🍀🥃

$UTG Hard to say "No" to 6-7 months worth of divvis on a 6% yielding stock and having had it only 6-market days. So, I sold 80% of my current holdings (kept the $39.72's) for $41.30. Ex-div. still a few days away on 07/17 so I have a shot at a buy back on an "out of the blue" dip. Also, based on current NAV and 52-Wk discount to NAV average, forward looking target price is $40.81... so there's that. Currently trading $0.50 +/- above. Still bullish! Cash in-hand and ready to buy when the price is right once again. WRR! 🍀🍀🥃

$UTG $GUT Revised NAV for today is UP $0.19 to $41.22. Revised Price Target of $41.04. For 1-week of "work" (1st buy was Monday) we're up 2.56% on a 6.3% yielding stock. Up 4.5 months of divvi on paper plus those banked pesos. Although, I really like the way it peaks then drops. Might just be a really good flipper! Still early. Here's to a hot weekend. At least it's a "dry heat".🥃🥃

$UTG $GUT 🥰🥰 it when a plan comes together. So far so good anyway. After some wheel'n & deal'n of high priced shs for lower priced shs, got my UTG average down to $39.884 with some pesos banked to boot. Then she took off! Revised forward target price based on current NAV ($41.03) is $40.85 and we're sitting at $40.80 for the HOD. Picture perfect! Well, until it ain't! 🤣 Here's to a great weekend! 🍀🍀🥃

$UTG (Utility Income Fund) $GUT Granted the current yield on this (6.3%) is lower than what I would normally play with CEF's, but this one has a lot lower level of risk IMHO and a few other things going for it that make 6.3% palatable... - It's a CEF with solid growth history - I'm in for the growth - It pays an ever increasing distribution (currently $0.21 /mth) - It's currently trading at a discount to NAV (-2.41% vs its -0.39% norm) - Current frwd looking TP of $40.91 based on 52-Wk Dscnt. to NAV avg. - NAV increased today $0.09 to $41.07 After a little wheel'n and deal'n today, I'm now sitting on an initial position of 187.622 shs w/ an avg. PP of $39.97. Ex-div: July 17th Thanks for mentioning @1000kv! @antisocial @copperhat 🍀🍀🥃

$UTG $GAB $OXLC Based on the 52-Wk Discount vs NAV share price (-0.39%), current discount sits at a -2.32%. Current NAV: $40.98. This in time will return to averages which puts the forward looking share price at $40.82. Hence a BUY in my book! So I did just that! $40.027 🍀🍀🥃 Just waiting now on my last DRIPs from $PDI and $PDO to sell them off and put them in the rearview mirror.

https://seekingalpha.com/article/4887937-targeting-60000-in-growing-dividends-with-an-schd-core High yield isn’t free. Chasing 7–10% often means leverage or options risk. A smarter approach: pair $SCHD dividend growth with CEF income like $ADX $UTG $BME $PEO. Target 6% yield + 2% income growth. Stability + inflation hedge. #DividendInvesting

https://seekingalpha.com/article/4883299-how-to-access-long-term-capital-gains-on-day-one Taxable accounts are the hidden weapon for early retirement. Skip the 366-day wait. Funds like $ADX $BME $ASG $UTG $PEO can generate long-term capital gains on day one. Cash flow + flexibility + tax efficiency = powerful combo.
