I have 9 CEFs in my portfolio of 41 positions. I have already outlined my goals for slightly reducing the share counts and resultant income of the 'top' 3; CLM, CRF, & OXLC. I have no plans to reduce HGLB. The 5 remaining CEFs; $EDF $GOF $GUT $RCS & $UTG will be eliminated, reducing the number of portfolio positions from 41 down to 36, and subsequently freeing up approx. $8K for investment into higher yielding ETFs. $UTG This needs to come down a lot more before I start thinking about reinvesting. It's been a great run, but it got too hot for a utility income fund. $DNP and $UTF are better buys right now IMO. $HTD for that matter too

$UTG looks good to me, this one is in a very strong uptrend. Key resistance for this one at that 40 level. If it can break that, this one can go a lot higher. Leaning bullish on this one

$UTG $DNP and $UTF holders: has anyone looked into $AMZA for midstream exposure? I like that it pays monthly as opposed to $AMLP (which is a great ETF in its own right)

Adding new position $UTG Friday. Not so much for the monthly dividend but more for the insane power systems being built across the county. My kid works for Quanta ( $PWR ). It's nuts. Quanta don't pay much of a dividend.

$UTG $UTG appears to be correcting within a longer-term bullish trend. Although its MACD is presently below the signal line, shares remain 11.1% above an upwards sloping 200-day moving average. Comparative Relative Strength analysis shows that this issue is lagging the S&P 500. Momentum for $UTG is strongly bullish. The 14-period Slow Stochastic Oscillator is rising, as investors pay higher prices for shares. Today's volume is on track to be lighter than usual, with 63,411 shares having traded so far. The On Balance Volume indicator is bullish. The slope of the indicator is positive and suggests that buyers are presently more active than sellers.
