$TYG I did submit for the share offering and requested an overallocation. So we will find out tomorrow if they are filled or if TYG manager needs to extend if they didn't get enough of a subscription. Regardless, I purchased 50 more shares today as we approach close to a 10% discount to NAV. Energy market has long tailwind from AI. Purchased $MSFT and $TSM , in the after hours, and $ABR and $PDI during market session.

$TYG OK, not going crazy here anymore, bought the last lot at 42.30, if it goes lower it goes lower, but I bought all my shares back I sold at 49 and then some, so I now have a bigger holding ands will be collecting that nice div again next month as they played with the ex date for June. Let's see how long it takes to repeat the process of giving a nice run back into the high 40s from the low 40s. TYG is an excellent CEF and will make good investments with the new money.

$TYG OK....I put in for the share offering and also over subscribed. Looking at 2500 shares if all goes to plan. Energy not going to subside with AI demands! I also expect some dividend dilution with more shares outstanding and until they can reinvest in additional companies.

$TYG Being patient here, looking for 42s for next small lot, can we get under that by end of offering time? I still have the cash from selling this at 49, accumulating small lots on this downward move, but holding the main portion of the cash for offering day on 17 June.

$TYG This is a nice area of support at 43.80s. Will it drop lower? Unknown, but I am adding another slice here and still have a nice load of cash as we get closer to offering day.
