$DNP is back trying to close above the 50 day sma again. Great historical performance with decent divvy yield 7%. What's not to love? https://finviz.com/stock?t=DNP&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

$DNP I have to backpedal on this one for now. I bought this in AH the other day rather quickly and without my usual numbers analysis. Turns out, IMO, the current price is too high and the lemming hoard will in time bring this back down closer to the average of a 6-7% premium to NAV. Currently running higher than average at 12.24% (vs today's price of $10.84). So, I sold off my position keeping one share ($10.80) at $10.84 and banking a small profit. I have until the end-of-the-month to rebuy IF she drops down closer to the 52-wk premium to NAV average. That's my story and I'm stick'n to it! 🍀🍀🥃 .

$DNP Look’n like I’ll be working DNP to my portfolio going forward. Added a starter block of 232 shares in AH at $10.80. Seems like a reasonable price. Ex-div. was today and pays a $0.065 /mth divvi. Also has a 5% discounted DRIP program, and has been blow’n the doors off of $PDI which I dumped here a while back because it’s turned into a pile of 💩. Also kinda like the ~2-week offset of the ex-div. date / pay date vs most all the other divvi stocks. 🍀🍀🥃

$DNP Not much change in the chart since a week ago. Not a lot of followers here. I would like to add more on dips, but they are rare. Does anyone here hold more than 10% of their account? My current is less than that but will likely bump it up with some of the glut in cash. https://finviz.com/stock?t=DNP&p=d

$DNP $OMAH Love the high but I the dividends more, utilities are going to keep climbing, people have to have it at home, everywhere and now we have draining data centers. The smartest guy my dad ever knew (dad is still trading for 60+ years now at 89) was a Dallas cowboy and put it all 100% into DNP. He always thanked him. I’m have more DNP and OMAH then SCHD

I was scrolling through my notifications and caught this new report on $DNP. It’s the leveraged closed-end utility fund I’ve been eyeing, trading at a premium to NAV (P/B 1.06, book/sh $10.36 vs price $10.95) with a 7.12% discount. The forecast, price targets, and multi-horizon plan look solid, so I thought I’d share it.
