$RIV As usual, those who opted in to the rights offering made a wrong choice. They will be buying shares at $10.49. If they had rejected the offering, they would have been able to purchase shares at $10.40 or lower today. Hoping that the historical trend will continue, and that the stock price will begin an ascent in the weeks after the rights offering shares are issued.

$RIV rights expire tomorrow, so keep an eye out for some crazy swings like we saw 2 weeks ago when the price went from .005 to .46 in about 30 minutes. Currently at .0018, so may be worth a small risk for those interested in a quick flip. RIV.R

$RIV Put this on a max chart, the trend is not reversible. Also, the stock is already trading at the discounted price that the warrants will grant you. imho, sell the warrants, take your .03 cents and buy some cookies so you can have a moment of happiness. Look out for the reverse split coming...
