$MAR stockholders' equity is now -$4.09B, down from -$3.17B a year ago. Buybacks are the engine here, not earnings growth. EPS up 1.7% mostly because the share count keeps shrinking.

$SKYX This was their best news too date. Better than HD WMT TGT LOW This opens up hotels all around the globe. One by one Real Estate PE firms, Commercial RE firms REITs and major hotel chains are going to jump onboard. Stock is being held down by a large short seller or a large seller Short Interest 4.4m , personally too large for this valuation. The 200m shelf is ordinary business procedures for a growth company as they expire every 3 years. Theyre not raising money, IMO, unless NVDA or OTT Group or someone else like them want to put large money above markets. This stock always has a delayed response to good news never mind GREAT news like today was. $MAR is coming on behind them, when nobody knows but its a value proposition they cant ignore for the future cash flow of the business. I'll leave this one I smell licensing deals to come.

$MAR This stock is surging again and well above the 50 day. I don't understand the investor support. They have risky developments in the Middle East and they lost money last quarter. USA macros don't look good either. Someone explain.
