$IHG LIFETIME STATUS - with Hilton's latest revamp of their program this week, it seems to me IHG - While being a great program with a strong collection of properties - trails behind hIlton, Marriott and Hyatt in not introducing Lifetime status tiers to its most loyal customers.
It seems to me to be a very apparent shortcoming, yet there has been no signaling from the company on such a move.
What are your thoughts? What feedback channels exist?
