$VAC until you guys check all the management team from top to bottom and purge the old ones milking until retirement to make space for young hard workers, good luck. Nepotism and corruption from top to bottom with people in there 50-70s waiting for retirement

$VAC the company should view all the old timers and all the people who are close to retirement age who are most likely nepo and milking the company if they want to make structural improvements and make investors happy. The work isnt being done by the nepos who have no right to be here, it's by the ones closer to operations. There is way too much bloat, this includes a lot of the managers on property who are completely out of date and are waiting for retirement nepos who destroy young workers and young future leaders. Go check, do the purge of the old timers, get back on track and hire young future leaders.

$VAC too many old timers in here milking salaries at higher levels and yield little roi. Here's the problem, a lot of great management is being dragged down by a lot of the bloat. Company can cut costs, quality goes down, and the higher management and a lot of the management needs to be purged. Young folks are hungry and work hard, they have great ideas. A lot of old managers in here have nepotism and milk the clock while destroying the companies future and push out new and hard workers that could provide a better future. In turn, home owners dont want to invest either, and nothing improves at all because all the property managers and management want to milk easy money policies, not making the company good.
