$LEN is now as asset light as $NVR but geographically diverse unlike NVR being concentrated in the Northeast. If the housing market ever recovers $LEN will see above industry average multiple expansion.

$NVR Top qual. home builder +4.15% on falling rates. Falling from elevated levels that will be known in next CPI btw. Could the market react negatively? They should look past it as long as the deal is reached and oil prices continue to fall.

$NVR I saw an MTNewswire entry time stamped at 11:16 am today claiming it had its price target cut by UBS - BUT when? Per my investigative assistant CoPilot, it was a recycled target change from 8350 to 8100 with no downgrade (kept at neutral) issued back on Jan. 6, 2026, which means it was already "in the market." They appear to have attempted to associate it with the slip in the stock price today... Not too cool is it? Be aware that this could happen to a stock you own... 2/

$NVR Added to position. Just announced buyback program. The weakness appears to be due to a big price-insensitive seller (see below), who is not selling for good reasons IMO. That appears to be an opportunity to add some... -It's the most disciplined operator in the house building sector. LEN DHI and TOL are all up today. - CoPilot analysis confirmed there were block sells today that were price-insensitive. - The 10 Year Yield rolled over and is heading lower. The long end drives mortgage rates drives housing. - ITB Housing ETF is +1.78% today. It's relatively illiquid, but investors are likely be filled at the middle of the range from prior behavior.

Small caps like low rates for greater access to capital. Interest rate sensitive sectors like the $HD and $NVR I have positions in should also respond positively. $XLRE is also a beneficiary and is breaking out today. $XLU is as well...
