It’s a straight case file on what they built in Canada: a private empire made of real assets like timberland, mills, rail connections, refinery + terminals, ports, and long-duration industrial work. It includes the Saint John refinery Canada’s largest (~320,000 bpd).
It also covers the shipbuilding side: Irving Shipbuilding holds major Government of Canada contracts under the National Shipbuilding Strategy, including AOPS and the River-class destroyer / Canadian Surface Combatant work.
