$BCC what a brutal year for BCC. down over 50%. The fundamentals of this company remain solid. the drop can be almost entirely attributed to factors outside of their controm: the interest rate, tariffs, low supply and high demand, and staganant wages squeezing young people out of the entry-level housing market. Something has got to give and when it does, this willroar back to life.
