Nordson reported record fiscal Q3 2026 results, with sales rising 10% year over year to
$818 million, driven by approximately 12% organic growth across all business segments. Adjusted EPS increased 19% to
$3.25, beating the
$3.09 analyst consensus by
$0.16, while EBITDA also reached a new record.
The company raised its FY2026 guidance, now expecting revenue of
$3.035-
$3.075 billion and adjusted EPS of
$11.80-
$12.00, both above previous analyst expectations. Nordson’s backlog also surged 35% year over year, pointing to solid demand across its industrial, medical and electronics markets.
The broader market had little impact on the stock’s move, with the S&P 500 nearly flat and the Nasdaq posting only a modest gain. As a result, investors largely attributed Nordson’s after-hours rally to its strong fundamentals. Shares jumped 7.8% after hours, moving well above their previous 52-week high, as the earnings beat.
