$LITE continues to stand out as a leader in AI photonics. Lumentum remains a market leader in laser chips, one of the key components enabling high-speed optical connectivity inside AI data centers. As AI clusters grow larger, the demand for optical interconnects continues to rise because traditional copper solutions struggle with bandwidth and power efficiency. Names I'm watching across the optical ecosystem: $LITE — Laser chip leader $COHR — Optical components & photonics $MTSI — RF and optical solutions $AVGO — Networking and AI connectivity The AI infrastructure buildout isn't just about GPUs anymore. The next bottlenecks are networking, optics, and bandwidth. If hyperscaler capex remains elevated, companies supplying the optical layer could continue to benefit as AI clusters scale. The physical AI infrastructure story is still in its early innings. Follow me for AI infrastructure, photonics, and semiconductor insights.

Photonics may be facing a new bottleneck as AI infrastructure scales. Key names to watch: $LITE $COHR $AAOI $SIVE $MTSI A recent Citi report highlighted a widening supply-demand gap for CW lasers. The reason: Multiple AI optical architectures are ramping simultaneously, creating increased demand for laser components across the ecosystem into 2027-2028. The key question is shifting from: “Will AI demand continue?” to: “Can the photonics supply chain keep up?” Companies positioned in critical optical components could benefit if supply remains constrained. The next phase of AI infrastructure may not only be about GPUs, memory, and power — photonics could become one of the key bottlenecks.

SPCX crashed right after its IPO to $147. It's going under $100 first before ripping $1,000+ These 19 SPACE stocks will explode too: 10. $SATL ~$5 High-resolution Earth-observation imagery delivered cheaply through vertically integrated satellites. 11. $KTOS ~$50 Defense drones, propulsion, and satellite ground systems powering national security space. 12. $BKSY ~$25 AI-enabled Earth-observation satellites delivering real-time geospatial intelligence to governments. 13. $AEVA ~$24 FMCW lidar enabling precision sensing for landing, docking, and autonomy. 14. $MTSI ~$390 RF and photonic semiconductors powering satellite antennas and signal processing. $SMTC Semtech is pushing back toward its 52-week high near $177 after a strong +11% move, but the valuation gap vs interconnect peers is still wide. It’s trading around ~13.5x sales, while peers like $CRDO sit near 38x, $MTSI around 28x, and $ALAB as high as 71x. Yes, data center is only ~25% of revenue (~$71.6M of $291M last quarter), but it’s the fastest-growing segment and up ~16% YoY overall, with earnings and revenue both beating expectations. If 1.6T FiberEdge and CopperEdge adoption continues ramping, the market may eventually re-rate SMTC closer to the pure-play interconnect names.

NVDA CEO, Jensen Huang has been saying for months where the true AI bottleneck is: We are still very early in this AI buildout phase: Generative AI →Agentic AI →Physical AI These photonics stocks still have long runway for growth: Photonic Semiconductors $SIVE +1,918% $MTSI +291% $MRVL +246% $LWLG +175% Jensen Huang’s AI roadmap (Generative → Agentic → Physical AI) highlights a key shift: AI demand is moving from model training toward real-world deployment loops, which is why photonics and high-speed interconnects are being re-rated by the market. Companies like MRVL, MTSI, and LWLG are essentially addressing AI’s bandwidth and energy bottlenecks, not just compute power itself. The narrative is expanding from pure GPU dominance to a broader “compute + networking + photonic infrastructure” stack. However, many small-cap photonics names have already seen extreme moves, and the gap between narrative and earnings execution is widening. Do you think photonics will take over as the next AI leadership theme, or will capital rotate back to core compute leaders like NVDA/AMD?

$MTSI found solid support at the 10-week line after a healthy shakeout into the key 21-day EMA. Price officially reclaimed the 21-day EMA on Thursday, wrapping up the weekly session with a powerful +9.98% gain. The daily chart has formed a textbook, highly explosive High Tight Flag structure. With a strong macro pole length of 82.1% across 8 weeks and a tight flag depth of just -20.5%, the definitive structural pivot for a breakout is locked at $418.90.

SPCX IPO WATCH - $135 | $2T LONG-TERM STORY Target narrative: 100x–200x potential by 2035 The Space + AI orbital ecosystem beneficiaries: $IONQ → 58 Quantum compute layer powering next-gen orbital AI satellites $RDDT → 178 Real-time social data feeds AI systems via X ecosystem integration $RKLB → 115 Small payload launch fills gaps Falcon can’t efficiently serve $ASTS → 97 Direct-to-phone satellite broadband — competitor + potential partner in LEO connectivity race $MTSI → 375 RF semiconductors powering phased-array antenna signal processing for satellite networks Core thesis: SPCX is the anchor - but the real upside flows to the supply chain + infrastructure layer. 📉 Looking to accumulate on weakness - not chase IPO strength. The question is simple: are you positioned in the ecosystem… or just watching it unfold?
