$DGXX $NNE
A lot of people don’t realize this, but before Digi Power X (DGXX) rebranded, the company (then Digihost) signed an MOU with NANO Nuclear Energy (NNE) to explore advanced nuclear power for their New York power site. This wasn’t a rumor — it was publicly announced.
Here’s the bullish part:
DGXX owns a 60 MW power plant in North Tonawanda, and the MOU was structured to evaluate whether NNE’s microreactor tech (ZEUS/ODIN) could eventually replace the existing gas plant with clean, ultra-stable baseload power geared toward AI data centers.
It’s still early stage, but the intent is huge:
• DGXX + NNE jointly responded to a NYSERDA nuclear RFI, signaling they want to be part of New York’s advanced nuclear roadmap.
• DGXX later issued
$250K in stock to NNE for ongoing feasibility and consulting work — confirming the relationship is still active.
• DGXX’s new branding puts a heavy focus on energy sovereignty + AI infrastructure, and nuclear fits that vision perfectl
