$BWXT to watch: BWXT newsroom / 8-K during/after Sep 3–5. TerraPower, DOE/NRC, NASA FSP pages and prime contractors’ PR wires (partner-echo often hits first). Macro cross-winds that can goose or squash a 1–3-day move: PCE (Fri Aug 29), CPI (Thu Sep 11), FOMC (Sep 16–17). Risk-on prints add torque; risk-off can mask good micro.

$BWXT On Aug 21, 2025, BWX Technologies launched BWXT Advanced Fuels, LLC, a subsidiary to commercialize advanced nuclear fuel (TRISO, etc.), pursue partnerships, and explore a new greenfield TRISO fab; led by Josh Parker. It matters because it strengthens the civil/advanced-reactor leg of the story (the market often buckets BWXT as “Navy-only”), I flag this as part of the mispricing/complexity edge and as a pre-confirm clue into WNA (Sep 3–5). It’s not a revenue-naming award by itself, but it raises odds of follow-on partnership/LOI/fuel-supply disclosures at or after WNA.
