$PNNT I wonder if management actually cares about their collapsing stock price. They kinda remind me of the famous meme of the dog sitting at the table with his coffee and saying "This is fine" while the world is burning around him.
Seems to me, if your company stops making money, you should trim your dividend, like seriously trim it, not promise to give away all the money you have left instead of spending it on new assets.
