$AIPI Pleasantly surprised with the small div increase to $1.0518 now just hoping $CEPI does similar :) Just got my corrected 1099 and last year was all ROC which is what I was hoping for This has now become my second largest position taking the place of $OXLC but still far behind number one that being the cornerstone twins

$AIPI $FEPI Look at the holdings. Look what's happened to this after April 2025. Similar set up now. Should return to 40ish. You'll get massive dividends and capital gains in time, most likely

$AIPI What’s the deal with this? A relative recommended this but it looks like a dividend trap and some NAV erosion. Am I wrong? I look forward to any replies. Thanks.

$AIPI I have posted a couple of times but it doesn't show here only under my profile so I'm trying a different computer The divs on my 1099(schwab)are showing 100% taxable income which seems a little unlikely I called customer service for REX but they are just looking at the website and don't have a clue so is anybody getting anything other than 100% taxable income or knows where I can find their tax treatment of divs I'm hoping to point schwab in the right direction Thanks

$AIPI Death. Disease, destruction, horror. That's what war means councilman All4Retiring. That's what makes it a thing to be avoided. But you've made it so simple with div announcements. So neat and simple that we've got and no way to stop it.

$AIPI when do they adjust their cost basis for the return of capital? I emailed them but didn’t get a response. Has anyone held over a year and have gone through the cost basis adjustment?
