Automakers are bracing for a sharp decline in electric vehicle (EV) sales after the $7,500 federal tax credit, which had supported EV adoption for years, expired on Tuesday. The credit had provided a major boost to consumer demand, helping automakers move more battery-powered vehicles off dealer lots nationwide. Ford CEO Jim Farley warned that without the tax incentive, EV market share could drop by more than half, falling to just 4–5% of total U.S. vehicle sales by the end of 2025. Despite this, major automakers including General Motors, Ford, and Hyundai plan to continue offering their own incentives to sustain demand and clear existing inventory. The expiration comes after years of automakers investing heavily in EV supply chains to support the rollout of new models. Dealers across the country are now looking to sell remaining EV stock, as the tax credit’s removal may slow new orders and impact production planning. $GM $F $HYMTF $HYUNDAI.NSE

$TSLA $SPY $QQQ $HYMTF $TSLA Still priced like it's the only company inventing the future. Meanwhile, Hyundai is deploying REAL robots from Boston Dynamics in its factories. One is a science project, the other is industrial execution. The valuation gap Tesla = 35 x Hyundai is a joke.

$TSLA $SPY $QQQ Bulls say value $TSLA on its "AI/Robotics future," not its failing car biz. OK, let's do comparison to a REAL car company like Hyundai ($HYMTF). The Facts: Hyundai: Owns BOSTON DYNAMICS, the undisputed world leader in real, functional robotics. 🤖🏆Sells MORE cars, has MORE revenue (~$130B), is consistently profitable. Market Cap: ~$38B. Tesla: Has a fake, remote-controlled Optimus prototype whose leadership team just quit. Sales are COLLAPSING, revenue is SHRINKING, and it's unprofitable without credits. Market Cap: ~$1330B. This isn't just "overvalued"; it's a completely fraudulent, irrational bubble. If Tesla was valued like a real business, it would be a single-digit stock.https://simplywall.st/community/narratives/us/automobiles/nasdaq-tsla/tesla/ke93c3fm-interesting-to-compare-to-hyundai

Most recently during $HYMTF Hyundai's CEO Investor Day, Hyundai directly referenced $SLDP $SLDPW Solid Power as a collaborating partner and direct recipient of Hyundai's over $7 billion upcoming investment in solid-state battery technology. Hyundai Motor Company has actually had a relationship with Solid Power for quite some time now, starting 2018 when Hyundai, along with Samsung, invested $20 million in Solid Power to support the establishment of a manufacturing line for all-solid-state, rechargeable lithium-metal batteries. These collaborations indicate a strong strategic partnership between Hyundai and Solid Power for the development of solid-state battery technology. As Hyundai progresses with its plans to launch a pilot production line for all-solid-state batteries in March 2025 this ongoing relationship could positively influence Solid Power's prospects and its stock performance for both SLDP shares and SLDPW warrants! https://www.hyundai.com/worldwide/en/newsroom/detail/0000001018

$HYMTF $DJT You think they regret the move? "The focus of the raid was a construction site on the property for HL-GA Battery Company, a joint partnership between Hyundai and LG Energy Solution that was announced in 2023 to produce electric vehicle battery cells. HL-GA was touted as an additional $2 billion investment in the rural Georgia community following Hyundai's larger $5.5 billion electric vehicle plant announced in 2022."

$HYMTF $DJT More than 300 South Koreans detained in the US after a massive immigration raid on a Hyundai-LG factory have returned home, despite the Trump administration's offer to let them stay. As he marked 100 days since he took over a country in crisis, President Lee Jae Myung warned that the incident could make companies hesitate to invest in the US. Jay Song, honorary associate professor at The Australian National University, speaks to FRANCE 24 about the possible wider consequences of the raid.

$DJT You HEARD WRONG! Hyundai $HYMTF has said that the people you call "illegals" didn't work for Hyundai & were in fact sub-contractor-hires. The claim those people had NOTHING to do with Hyundai & weren't hired by Hyundai... Meanwhile, August U.S. Job numbers came in FAR LOWER than expected. Trump's 'economy' isn't doing so well...
