$FRVO this is one you just hold for 15 years if you want exposure to EGS. The valuation today doesn’t matter if it’s 1b or 10b, none of it makes sense quantitatively. If they get their 40 GW pipeline online by 2040 they will be doing 20b annually and around 15b of ebidta. Throw a 10x mult on that and you have a ten bagger with some dilution. Thats the bull case and thats why it makes sense to still build a position and DCA today. It’s either going to be that or a shit investment, but no one gives half a dick about the valuation today

$FRVO The agreement is non-binding and not project-specific, meaning Google isn’t required to purchase that amount of capacity. But Fervo must propose at least a gigawatt of projects to Google within the next two years.. Which means jack shit . Unless Fervo actually delivers, this wont materialise. If I promise google 5gw of energy tomorrow, google will say yes to me, does that mean i have 20b backlog?

$FRVO people calling this overvalued have no clue. Market is voting that EGS is going to play a pivotal role in the future, and is allocating to Fervo as an early winner. The 2b they raised will amount to multiple GW in the ground in 3-5 years, and this is a long term 50-100b
