$DEVS $SAFX Here's the
$DEVS proxy statement:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1854480/000121390026084258/ea0299376-01.htm
It says that
$DEVS shareholders will get the equivalent of 15% of the number of
$SAFX outstanding shares. With there currently being 47.8M & 404.7M shares outstanding of
$DEVS &
$SAFX , respectively, the
$DEVS shareholders will get 60.7M shares of
$SAFX, thus leaving a par-ratio of 1
$DEVS = 1.27
$SAFX.
There, it says it clear as day. It also says that any other share dilution from here on out will be out of the combined entity, so this ratio should be final.
I'm going to scoop even more
$DEVS at its 60%-OFF sales price.
