DevvStream Corp announced a non-binding MOU to evaluate a strategic collaboration focused on small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs) and sustainable aviation fuel (eSAF) production. The proposed partnership with IP3 Corporation, Southern Energy Renewables, and XCF Global would assess carbon-free nuclear power to support continuous electrolysis, hydrogen production, and fuel synthesis, as well as energy-intensive markets like AI data centers.
The parties will also examine environmental attribute structures tied to eSAF and other low-carbon fuel pathways, alongside digital infrastructure to improve transparency, including tokenization of eligible environmental assets and advanced MRV systems. DevvStream’s CEO highlighted the potential to unlock value, enhance liquidity, and lower clean-energy delivery costs under a U.S.-centric model.
Any collaboration remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, internal approvals, and required regulatory clearances.
