$SAFX Will buy at $0.15 - be patient - that amount of dilution here with the $DEVS deal is absurd - be careful and keep your powder dry, this has a long way down

$SAFX I'm a MAJOR $DEVS shareholder, and my brokerage Schwab says that they have not gotten any proxy vote information because the agent "has not been paid". WTF? And there seems to be no telephone number to call to complain about the corporate folks getting off their fat a33es and getting this out to the shareholders. Continental Trust, who is the proxy agent for $SAFX says they do not give telephone service for proxy vote, and they are not the agent for $DEVS. I have scraped these numbers off the net for $DEVS: 647-689-6041, 587-885-0960, 201-689-8540, 818-683-2765 - and have left a message or two, but can't reach a human. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a con.

$DEVS Just bought another 40K as All-or-None @ $0.185. In my non-IRA, I have about 80K of shares with cost-basis of above $0.30, and I'll sell these as soon as they get turned into 1.3 * $SAFX.

$SAFX It appears that folks are dumping $SAFX to get $DEVS at 60% on sale. This is a very good strategy. I am locked & loaded with 4.8M shares of $DEVS, over 10% of the outstanding shares, which will be exchanged on par at about 1.28 * $SAFX. I am the $DEVS whale.

$DEVS $SAFX One wonders what the collapse in the value of crypto will do to the merged company. I think $DEVS only has $1M in $BTC.X , and that is only working capital, so this should only have a minor (pun NOT intended) effect on the enterprise value, which itself is typically not much correlated with the capital value. https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/crypto/articles/great-quantum-migration-coming-more-100000519.html

$DEVS Bought a little, goosing up the price. Now up to 4.75M shares, or about 10% of the company. $SAFX had some very good news, and of course, good news of $SAFX is good news for $DEVS. I am the $DEVS whale.

$DEVS $SAFX Here's the $DEVS proxy statement: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1854480/000121390026084258/ea0299376-01.htm It says that $DEVS shareholders will get the equivalent of 15% of the number of $SAFX outstanding shares. With there currently being 47.8M & 404.7M shares outstanding of $DEVS & $SAFX , respectively, the $DEVS shareholders will get 60.7M shares of $SAFX, thus leaving a par-ratio of 1 $DEVS = 1.27 $SAFX. There, it says it clear as day. It also says that any other share dilution from here on out will be out of the combined entity, so this ratio should be final. I'm going to scoop even more $DEVS at its 60%-OFF sales price.
