$ISPC can someone succinctly and clearly spell out what happened to the value of the shares of people who held pre-merger? All the talk of the shares being worth 750 post-merger, and the percentage of what each share of sgn was going to be worth had most people believing that somewhere between 70 and 80 cents would be the value of the shares of sgn which would have meant from Friday's close a 20 to 25 cent per share profit. As I'm looking at this I don't think that's what happened given that it looked like it opened up at around
$5.50 give or take. So what value was assigned to those holding sgn shares once the new company was established. Any information would be greatly appreciated not that it's going to change anything but it would at least be good knowledge to have.
