$OCG Several false naratives here. First,17 April is 30 CALENDAR days from
$OCG 's last close above
$1. But Nasdaq minimum bid rule refers to 30 BUSINESS days which would take us to 27 or 28 April (depending on how Good Friday is treated). Second, I don't think that
$OCG needs to worry about the minimum bid issue immediately. Once a deficiency notice is received
$OCG have an 180 grace period with a possible extension of another 180 days. If
$OCG management is smart, and I think that they are, they will focus on returning their business to profit. Based on their previous reporting times we will most likely find out in May how they went in the second half of 2025 and in October/November we will find out how they went in the first half of 2026. Third, there is much speculation about how much cash
$OCG has but they don't need to report that until October/November. Fourth, I think some are underestimating the float. They said they sold 5.66mil shares to 3 Feb so may have 8mil outstanding.
