Important note - framing this through a long-duration compounding lens rather than short-term speculation. If you fast-forward to 2040, the biggest wealth creation likely won’t come from trading cycles, but from simply holding exposure to dominant infrastructure and AI-driven asset bases. 6 CORE “GOLDEN ETF / THEMATIC” EXPOSURES: $AIPO - captures AI IPO pipeline exposure; essentially a basket bet on future AI public listings and early-stage platform monetization $AMT - wireless infrastructure backbone enabling global connectivity growth $VRT - critical cooling + power infrastructure for high-density AI data centers $SBAC -tower infrastructure tied to long-duration mobile + data demand growth $DLR - data center REIT exposure leveraged to global cloud + AI compute expansion The investors who win this cycle are not the ones reacting to headlines - but those aligned early with structural bottlenecks and staying positioned through volatility.

$AIPO AI buildout isn’t just about chips — it’s about power and infrastructure Key holdings driving the theme: • $CCJ – Uranium supply for nuclear energy powering data centers • $GEV – Gas turbines and grid infrastructure for large-scale electricity demand • $ETN – Electrical distribution systems (switchgear, transformers) • $VRT – Liquid cooling + power systems for high-density data centers CEG– Nuclear power operator supplying clean baseload energy to hyperscalers Core idea: AI growth is increasingly constrained by electricity, not compute

AI isn’t just about chips—power & infrastructure is where the real backbone sits, and the $AIPO ETF owns the players making it happen: $CCJ – Uranium miner, fuels nuclear reactors powering AI data centers. $GEV – Gas turbines & grid equipment, keeping power flowing at scale. $ETN – Switchgear, transformers, electrical components managing distribution. $VRT – Liquid cooling & power systems for high-density data centers. If AI is the rocket, this is the launch pad.

$CHPX I may be big-time sorry but I had to take some profits. Mostly for no other reason that things have moved so far so fast and I had a double. I'm still trying to play around the AI fringe with a build out ETF $AIPO.

$MU Unbelievable. Bought this in '21 and just let it sit there. People said at that time that $76 dollars was way too high. God bless data centers and people's addiction to AI and screens. UBS hated this stock for years and then changed their minds early last fall. I only wish I'd been smart enough to connect the data center value chain in '23 and kept buying. Should've done more research. Now the smart play is probably picks and shovels for the data centers. I do like $EUV $AIPO $SOXX

Datacenter power matters because the AI buildout is not free, it needs real electrical muscle behind it. $AIPO strongest in the space selling shovels during the gold rush

This is the group I care about most because it ties together the whole growth trade. $SMH, $DRAM, $AIPO, $WTAI, and $IGV are where I look for confirmation that institutions are still chasing the next leg higher, not just trading headlines. I want to see tight bases, heavy volume on breakouts, and buyers defending pullbacks instead of dumping them. That is the setup I trust. Strong action here usually tells me big money is still leaning into growth, and that matters more than almost anything else on my screen.

$AIPO With a reasonable market tomorrow I can't imagine that this won't draw some excess attention due to Jensen's conference call after the close regarding the build out.

$AIPO It's interesting that the $NVDA $META and $PLTR crowd don't think to invest in the picks and shovel companies that power the data centers. It's all going up because of a super cycle. Data Centers should be its own subsector.
