$OXSQ Another day, another 2-5% drop. This road apple has dropped 10% in less than a week just from the ex day. I see their plan is to bring it to $1.50 on payment day so you can cheer about the almost 30% dividend. Still waiting for the SEC to jail the management after decades of fraud.

$OXSQ Is the following from yesterday's 8-K the reason for this dropping? "On August 20, 2025, Oxford Square Capital Corp. (the “Company”) notified U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, the trustee (the “Trustee”) for the Company’s 6.25% Notes due 2026 (CUSIP No. 69181V 305; NasdaqGS: OXSQZ) (the “Notes”), of the Company’s election to redeem $24,790,750 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding, and instructed the Trustee to provide notice of such redemption to the holders of the Notes in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. "The Company expects to redeem all $24,790,750 in aggregate principal amount of the issued and outstanding Notes on September 19, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”) following which the Notes will be delisted from the NASDAQ Global Select Market LLC. The redemption price per Note will be $25 plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from July 31, 2025 to, but not including, the Redemption Date."

$OXSQ Right when I thought they might be a little normal, div day hits, to pay a nice 3.5 cents, but of course they can't let you make any profit and have already dropped this f*ker 5 cents lower, pre-market. Net result, even with getting a nice div, you start the day with a 1.5 cent loss. So why do we get div's from this POS? It's just a losing proposition as it's been from the first day, over 2 decades ago. Here we go, right back to breaking the low.

$OXSQ If by some miracle this continues, I will be the first one to say my predictions were wrong and go find a a hat to eat. This is one area I always hoped I would be wrong about. One day doesn't erase all these past years but I'll still throw myself to the dogs (after I eat my hat). Even if this doesn't continue it was nice to have a one day reprieve from pain, feels nice to use my smile muscles again LOL Good luck to everyone, let's hope this is the wave of the future here.

$OXSQ Matched EPS, miracle, but.... Missed everything else. Simple analysis, last time it beat all numbers and it tanked in price, so this time when it missed all numbers what do you imagine will happen? Yup, get ready for historic lows. I wish that at least once this POS would surprise me and actually move up to moderately higher, maybe just $3. Just never happens, always going down, erasing capital and ending up in someone's pocket.

$OXLC Well, it’s down two months of divvies in a half hour. It’s funny how there’s no plans to reverse split Oxford Square ($OXSQ), yet they want to RS this one. The decrease in the divvy by a penny is easier to accept than the RS. I took a $5K loss by selling some at $3.93 about 20 minutes ago. Wonder if we’ll ever see that price again.
