$OXLC Today is a bad day for CEFs. $ECC, $EIC, $OCCI, and $CCIF are all down on the day. Of course, OXLC is down the most, with ECC not far behind.

$CCIF who cares what it does as long as It keep paying the dividend. Looks like the dividend will go down. Not concerned in the least I'll just buy more to keep the dividend going. If you want total return the stock is not for you

$CCIF most everyone is concerned with total return. But these funds paying such a high dividend total return should not be an issue. If you obsess about total return you're in the wrong place. You're buying an income stream. If the dividend goes down you buy more because the price goes down and you keep that income stream going. Look at as a variable annuity.
