$OXLC If you think this is bad, check out $OCCI . I feel like a money-losing fool, owning these two, along with $ECC . It’s like I hit a negative trifecta. Since we’re almost in tax-loss harvesting season, I’m considering selling them all, except it’ll take me years to deduct all the losses, since you can only declare $3,000/year. Still, on the morning of August 8, that awful day when the Ox announced the RS and the divvy drop, I sold enough to realize about $6,000 in losses, when it was about $3.88/share, pre-RS, or $19.40 post. Right now, I’m holding about twice as much OCCI as OXLC, and an equal amount of ECC. Should I just say “screw it,” and ride it all out into next year?

$OCCI 5:05 PM EST, November 04, 2025 OFS Credit Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCCI) ("OFS Credit", the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), today announced that it has entered into a Master Repurchase Agreement ("MRA") with Nomura Securities International, Inc. ("Nomura") for the purchase and sale of collateralized loan obligation ("CLO") securities that may be effected pursuant to transaction confirmations entered into under the MRA (the "Repurchase Facility"). The Repurchase Facility provides for Nomura to purchase CLO securities from OFS Credit pursuant to a purchase price agreed upon in a related transaction confirmation (each, a "Repo Transaction"). OFS Credit is authorized to enter into up to $25 million in Repo Transactions, from time to time, under the Repurchase Facility.

$OCCI OFS Credit entered into this agreement to improve its financial flexibility and access to cash. Here’s what that means in plain terms: The company invests in CLO securities (these are bundles of loans packaged together). Sometimes, they want to free up cash without selling their investments permanently. A repurchase agreement (repo) lets them temporarily sell those CLOs to a partner (in this case, Nomura) and buy them back later. This works kind of like a short-term loan — they use the CLOs as collateral to get cash quickly. So basically, OFS Credit did this to: ✅ Get access to short-term funding when needed. ✅ Manage liquidity better. ✅ Support or expand their investment activities without having to sell assets outright.

$ECC I'm changing my distributions in this and $OCCI to "Pay to cash" on Fidelity. The DRIP shares are purchased at a higher price than on the day you can sell them, so you'll get a wash sale if you sell them, at least if you sold them today.

$ECC There ought to be some end to this decline very soon. Other posters have said that October is just a bad month. Go back and look at October 2023. Granted, this situation and the economic conditions are very different, but this whole plummet could be a simple, yet major over reaction. It just seems so bleak right now. $OCCI $OXLC
