$LC of course our first day on Nasdaq has to be a deep red day for the exchange. For those not familiar, algorithms profoundly affect a stock's price. The reasons are automated stop loss triggers, sentiment chasing built into algos, and high frequency trading algo behavior in general. You do not have to be a SPCX or another high profile Nasdaq stock of a red day causes a stampede.
My misgivings about being listed on Nasdaq vs the Dow was that Nasdaq is overvalued far worse than Dow stocks. We could easily pay an unnecessary price eventually for switching exchanges.
Hopefully the pessimist in me is wrong and we will benefit wildly over the coming years.
In meanwhile i can accumulate during meaningful pull backs.
