$ACI This trade is working out nice so far and sitting tight on my monster position added at 15.98 a few days ago as posted. ~6x EV/EBITDA and forward P/E of 7.3x they are sitting on $14 billion in Real Estate (150% of current market cap). The 600 million termination fee is a lock but they could get billions in damages from Kroger (guessing $500 mill) by mid/late 2026 - lawsuit in action. Kroger already settled once and they will do it again. Massive buyback (13% yield), potential take-private, cleaning up the non-performing stores and the growth in digital and you have to love the risk/reward. See you in the 20s soon enough - good luck to those long.

$ACI drops 6% after earnings — and the market is sending a warning ⚠️ Q3 earnings beat and year-over-year sales growth weren’t enough, as margin pressure and ongoing pricing investments stole the spotlight and dragged shares lower. See why the selloff happened and what it means next 👉 https://www.zacks.com/stock/news/2814533/aci-stock-dips-6-despite-posting-q3-earnings-beat-yy-sales-growth?cid=sm-stocktwits-2-2814533-teaser-28057&ADID=SYND_STOCKTWITS_TWEET_2_2814533_TEASER_28057

$ACI drops 6.6% in the past month despite earnings beat — what's weighing it down? 📉 While Albertsons beat EPS estimates with 72 cents vs. 67 cents expected, sales missed slightly, and the competitive landscape remains tough. Strategic moves in digital and AI aren't enough to offset cautious consumer trends and pricing pressures right now. Full breakdown here 👉 https://www.zacks.com/stock/news/2814533/aci-stock-dips-6-despite-posting-q3-earnings-beat-yy-sales-growth?cid=sm-stocktwits-2-2814533-body-28058&ADID=SYND_STOCKTWITS_TWEET_2_2814533_BODY_28058

$ACI The majority of Albertsons stores are absolute trash compared to other grocery stores. Kroger, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Costco all offer a wider variety of products that are higher quality and cheaper. Nevertheless, I am going to swing this garbage. But low, sell high.

$ACI I had this one my radar since the failed merger and pulled the trigger today. Added a rather monster position today - avg. 15.98 across a dozen buys and will buy again lower if given the chance. Forgetting ~6x EV/EBITDA and forward P/E of 7.3x they are sitting on $14 billion in Real Estate (150% of current market cap) and could be looking at 600 million termination fee plus billions in damages from Kroger. Add to that the massive buyback (13% yield), potential take-private, cleaning up the non-performing stores and the growth in digital and the risk/reward is off the charts at $16 and lower. Looking for $24+ in 2026-27 plus the very well covered dividend. Downside is 14-15 at absolute worst.
