$12 is no longer out of reach........I see the light at the end of the tunnel! We have a lot of change coming in this next month. We close on Crestline late next week, then we get
$PGRE and closing around mid month. We have/will of earned over
$2 a share this year alone, not to mention last year.... and only been paid
$1 a year in dividends. Change is coming. We either need a special dividend or change to C Corp. I dont think it will be a special dividend, but you never know. When we go to C Corp we will get spin off shares in the REIT business and our C Corp shares will go from a 5 P/E, to 20-40 P/E. 20 P/E gives you
$40 a share price.......but that may be too aggressive for now..so let's say 20 P/E minus the REIT side, or
$20-24 a share. Still adding
$MFA and
$RPT!
