$MFA $RITM 2 of the best and oldest mREITs there is and trading way below book value. Both of these companies have a long track record. RITM has a book value near $13....MAKING $1B a year in profit.....and trading at discount to book value still. MFA, $13-14 book value and trading below $10, with a $1.44 a year dividend being paid. Just a matter of time before the market realizes they are missing these. Compare the results of these companies to AGNC, NLY and other mREITs. If you like AGNC and NLY.......you should love RITM and MFA!

i got 25 $MFA (commons and prefs just not catching a break) right at the end of the day at 9.295. made it through the final day of month of ex divs for monthlies and a bunch of quarterlies that pay in jan. such as $ADAM pref Z and holy shit that rebounded so well. $CCLDO - last normal div, double payments from here on for 12 months. something in me is telling me to sell $PHK too. sitting on 18k cash...this needs deployed. the 3.5% SPAXX that gets taxed is just ass. $67,410 expected passive income for 2026.

$RITM $MFA For better or worse, thru good health and sickness......I fully loaded on these! Last call for dividend. I just couldnt resist. RITM will open at $10.82 and MFA will open at $9.28. That is way oversold for both of them.......so I am praying that we rebound back to pre divy price next week at latest! Sounds like rate cut coming in January and then earnings........so fingers crossed this works out!

$RITM Big after hours trade......5pm EST, 3.6M shares @ $11.07. That had to be a planned sell and buy, mm'er, tutes swapping from funds to other funds. I don't understand why all mREITs were down today, they usually move up when market is red. Oh well.......at least we collect that dividend this week. $MFA pays a nice dividend this week as well. I am still heavy in both of them.
