$RITM I have a ton of faith in this and $MFA. Kind of a no brainer to just keep loading them. This will pay 9-10% while I wait and MFA will pay me 15% to wait. I am sure the share price of both will give me 10-15% quicker then waiting a year for it......but if I have to wait, at least I am being paid to wait. RITM will have a 2 closings on acquisitions next month....1 around the Dec. 1 and the other one around Dec. 16 if all goes well. Just gotta be patient. These have sold off quite a bit while government was closed.....while a lot of other companies ran up. Can't imagine us selling off much even if market does pull back a bit. Kind of a safer investment in my opinion!

$RITM $MFA I think when Government opens these should start doing better. I can't explain it.......but there is a reason REITs have been stagnant during this shutdown. We will see positive moves before long now!!

$RITM So 12-16-2025 is the day we close on $PGRE? I think the other company closing is close to 12-1-2025. I for one will be glad to get these over with. 1Q2026 should be interesting. I am still very bullish this company, 2026 should be a great one! $MFA another one I feel good about. Was glad too see them grow book value while also paying 16% dividend.......I expect good things from them yet this year!

$MFA $RITM These are starting to get predictable. They sell off and come back quickly. Tells me they are oversold, coiled and ready to move higher. MFA target $10-10.20 with book value of $13.13 and rising. RITM target $12+ with book value of $13+. I think we will see these before end of this year!

$MFA I will buy more of this. Delinquency down, book value up, company bought 500,000 shares at 30% discount, G&A down bigly and they have continued to cut costs and expect .02 a quarter in just them savings. $13.13 book value.....I will be a buyer!

$RITM $RPT Getting some action today on what didn't seem like great earnings.......what did I miss? RITM is ready to move higher.....$MFA starting to look better, man them lows were tough! How about CIMpD and CIMpB shares? Any of you $CIM owners know why the preferred shares are stuck down here with dividend a month out?

gotta absolutely love days where theres s such a disconnect from your portfolio and the overall indices. $MITT b $ADAM z $MFA B $CIM A... plus a slew of common reits/incomes down. luckily 1/4 of my portfolio is mutuals and diversified etfs and ill have an ok day. couple buy orders in

$RITM Sounds like we going to get 2 rate cuts by EoY. The book value should increase quite a bit when we get earnings later this week. We have 2 closings on buyouts before EoY. Trading at 20-30% below book value. AGNC trading 20-30% above book value....you do the math! $MFA trading the same way as RITM. MFA is trading like 30%+ below book value. It has to be making enough to cover dividend now......no reason RITM shouldnt be 12+ and MFA at a minimum of 10+. Patience will be rewarded with these!!

$RITM Needs an $11 break and hold and we can run up to earnings. We got another rate cut coming.......book value has to be heading up! Grossly undervalued. $MFA We need a $9.25 break and hold and we can move up to $10 with earnings coming, rate cuts and this is trading 4 bucks below book value. Rate cuts have to be increasing book value on both of these!

$RITM Bring on that $11+ and let's move this to $12 by earnings next week! This quarter we are in right now should have several catalysts. We have 2 different buyouts that should be approved this quarter, by EoY. We have a good earnings that should come next week. Another rate cut or 2, book value should increase and we are trading at a $3 discount to current book. $MFA is the same way, but yet $AGNC is trading nearly 2 bucks over book value. I assume just because of monthly dividend maybe?? Either way, I am super bullish RITM and MFA!
