$59K almost even on expected divi income. should clear 55k this year. snagged some $CHMI - A at 20.50. trying to invest in preferreds: common at a 4:1 ratio or higher from here on out. 59k represents 90% free cash flow. so like 52k can get reinvested. only reason i take money out is for taxes. i feel like all this is too good to be true. $ARR c. $ECC D. $MFA B. ive inched close to $600K portfolio for 4 yrs...fucked some shit up..i MAY come very close to nipping it today. i did however his a new net worth high.

$RITM $MFA Today is last day to lock in shares for dividend, correct? I think we may have a prime set-up to get a free divy. If these close near where they are today.......they should both be strong buys on Monday when the price drops .25 and .36 respectfully. I have half positions in both of these and plan to double down on Monday by adding after they go ex-divy. I still think we will see $12+ on RITM and $10+ on MFA!

$MFA Man, this stock never gets people posting about it....lol. I added more shares today. .36 cent dividend coming soon. MFA has such a higher book value, surprised it trades this much of discount to book. $RITM as well.....they both go ex-divy same day! Rate drop coming next month....these will see $10+ and $12+, respectfully!
