$RITM $MFA Looks like there is just accumulation or rotation in these right now. MFA more so then RITM, since lot smaller float. Nobody wants to sell and buyers not willing to chase. To me, this is a good sign though. Better days to come!

$MFA I just dont see the frustration.......this is good for 16% a year dividend, then you throw in 2-3, 10% scalps and you making an easy 40-50% a year.......that really dont frustrate me much, lol. I will be buying more of this before their earnings.

$RITM Back from Doctor. Best conference call I have ever heard in 12 years of investing in this company. Michael is the most disciplined CEO on earth! He refused to bash $PFSI, he laughed at the question. If it dont make money he dont want it, simple as that. I am willing to bet we get a spin off in 2026. The way AUM is growing......the writing is on the wall. $MFA will have a killer quarter as well I think. I have been in both of these for 12 years+ now. They do stuff a lot alike, when it comes to buying to make money. They want quality, not quantity. Think about this....PFSI decided to pivot to Ai in 4Q25......Michael invested in Ai in 2019!! That is how far he is ahead in this chess match! For those asking for a dividend increase, forget it! Never going to happen. Michael has been very clear, he hates dividends. He would rather you have a $25 + stock instead of an extra .20 a year! We are headed to a C Corp quickly, but we will still own shares in the REIT. Buckle up!!

$MFA So the talk is Kevan Warsh appropriated by Trump as the new fed chair is known as a fed hawk. That would explain why REITS and small caps sold off hard on the news. But please help me understand something here. Why would Trump appoint a fed halk when that is the opposite of what Trump has been pounding the table on of lowering rates? After all he has been calling fed Powl many names for not being a dove and lowering rates. Im confused.
