$59K almost even on expected divi income.
should clear 55k this year. snagged some
$CHMI - A at 20.50.
trying to invest in preferreds: common at a 4:1 ratio or higher from here on out.
59k represents 90% free cash flow. so like 52k can get reinvested. only reason i take money out is for taxes.
i feel like all this is too good to be true.
