$UMAC just announced a $5M+ enterprise order for drone motors from PowerUS. To hit an accelerated timeline (PowerUS want these ASAP demand is very strong?) they’re adding weekend shifts (this is not in a PR and information is flying under the radar...more ramping? Q2 earnings will be a massive beat / Q1 guidance strong?) even though weekends were previously reserved for maintenance only (they were already running 3 shifts/day 5 days/week) This signals urgent large scale demand (consistent with CEO stating the demand is "endless/unlimited") The production ramp is real and demand is outpacing even their currrent aggressive capacity build (pre automation) They’re scaling motor output from 20k to 120k per month with automation by EOY 2026. The demand is definitely here. The execution is accelerating even before the automation rollout (reeks of urgency / massive demand) Earnings inflection is upcoming.

$UMAC since umac own XTIA and XTIA revenue for 2026 is expected to be about 200m that mean a big portion of this revenue belong to umac. And with the amount of cash umac have they could easily buy another 35 percent of XTIA. This move will immediately increase umac sales and make most of XTIA sales and profits belong to umac.

If the talks won’t go well this weekend and the war will renew people will rotate back to defense stocks like this one
