$PUSA An important thing to note after digging through the S4 - current PUSA shareholders will own roughly 16.7% of the company post-merger. The remaining 83.3% of shares will be divided among existing Powerus private shareholders (Trump and friends). There’s also 55 million earn-out shares that come into play at closing. All that considered, we’re still buying at a deep discount right now. The base case for valuation (assuming projections are accurate, as there’s little historical data to base them on) puts this at
$9-14/share. Lots can change between now and then, obviously. More contracts or lack thereof, S4 amendments (which are sure to come), etc. The future of the company is definitely looking up. Main factor will be whatever the final post-merger share count ends up being. Either way, still very bullish. It’ll go up, just a question of how much and when. And how much more it’ll drop before then…
