Congrats to the SPAC runners: BRUN / BRUNW, IONQ / IONQ.WS, & INFQ / INFQ/WS ๐Ÿ‘ Last prices seeing: $BRUN ~$29.51 / BRUNW ~$18.29 $IONQ ~$56.32 / IONQ.WS around ~$46โ€“49 $INFQ ~$13.53 / INFQ.WS ~$6.75 Nice reminder of what can happen when a SPAC lands the right theme at the right time: AI infrastructure, quantum, chips, defense/compute, etc. Looking pre-DA names like $FCRS / FCRS.WS and $RTAC / RTACW. Could they behave similarly if they announce the right theme? FCRS is interesting because Tom Leeโ€™s SPAC stated focus includes AI, digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, robotics, and communications โ€” but with ETH/BMNR sentiment mixed lately, curious if people think faith in the Tom Lee angle has lessened, or if the SPAC could diversify away from a crypto-adjacent lane. RTAC also feels like one to watch if the target fits the current defense/AI infrastructure theme. Pure speculation obviously โ€” no known deal implied, not financial advice, just asking what SPAC people think. ๐Ÿ‘€โš ๏ธ

Just ran the math on BRUNW ( $BRUN warrants) โ€ฆ $0.25 โ†’ $25.00 = 100x Thatโ€™s roughly a 9,900% return in about a year. Absolutely wild. INFQW ( warrants of $INFQ ) was another notable one. It was around $0.50 a year ago, and recently traded around $10. Iโ€™ve been watching $FCRS , FCRS/WS, $RTAC / RTACW, and $PMTR / PMTRW, but those warrants are already closer to the $0.75 range, so the risk/reward profile is different and a bad outcome could still mean a substantial loss. I know BRUN-type moves are extremely rare and most pre-DA warrants never come close. Just curiousโ€”what SPAC warrants in the $0.20-$0.40 range are people watching today that they think have asymmetric upside if a strong deal gets announced? Not investment advice. Just discussing SPACs and historical examples.

Congrats to $BRUN / BRUNW holders ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ Big move after the AI cloud infrastructure merger closed. Interesting example of how the market can react when a SPAC lands a strong AI compute + HPC story. Makes me wonder which current pre-DA SPACs could attract similar attention if they eventually announce an AI infrastructure / cloud / data center type target ๐Ÿค” Watching closely: โ€ข $FCRS / FCRS/WS โ€ข $RTAC / RTACW Pure speculation only โ€” pre-DA SPACs are highly risky and many never complete a merger. Curious what other names people are watching in the AI infra space. #SPAC #AI #CloudComputing $CRWV $NBIS

Some of the biggest SPAC winners over the years ended up being names like $RKLB and $ASTS ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ“ก Made me curious if there are still any interesting asymmetric opportunities left in the pre-DA warrant / rights world ๐Ÿ‘€ Obviously these are VERY speculative and some can absolutely liquidate โ€” not recommendations, just discussion. A few Iโ€™ve been watching: ๐Ÿ”ฎ $FCRS & FCRS/WS โ€” AI / crypto / infrastructure ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ $RTAC & RTACW โ€” defense / gov-tech themes ๐Ÿš€ $PMTR & PMTRW โ€” aerospace / defense angle โšก NOEM & NOEMW โ€” energy transition / infra ๐Ÿฆ TVA & TVACW โ€” York-backed sponsor ๐Ÿ’ผ BCSS & BCSS/WS โ€” Bain-backed โณ ALF & ALFUW โ€” recently extended ๐ŸŒ€ IPOD & IPODW โ€” recycled shell with new sponsor/control group ๐Ÿ›ธ TACH & TACHW โ€” Titan sponsor ๐Ÿ POLE & POLEW โ€” Andretti network ๐Ÿฆ CUB & CUBWW โ€” Lionheart group ๐Ÿ’ณ APTX $ APXTW โ€” fintech / treasury spec ๐ŸŽฒ KFII & KFIIR โ€” ultra-cheap rights lottery ticket Curious if any SPAC veterans here have opinions on these or other pre-DA names still flying under the radar.

Two pre-DA SPACs I find interesting lately are FCRS / FCRS.WS and RTAC / RTACW ๐Ÿ‘€ Asked AI to brainstorm possible targets based on sponsor focus, sectors, market themes, valuation fit, etc. Obviously just speculation/discussion โ€” not rumors or claims of talks ๐Ÿค– ๐Ÿš€ $FCRS / FCRS.WS ๐Ÿฅ‡ Crusoe ๐Ÿ”ฅโšก AI data centers + energy infrastructure ๐Ÿฅˆ Securitize ๐Ÿช™๐Ÿฆ Real-world asset tokenization platform ๐Ÿฅ‰ Together AI ๐Ÿง โ˜๏ธ GPU cloud / AI infrastructure ๐Ÿฅท $RTAC / RTACW ๐Ÿฅ‡ IVIX ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฐ AI financial crime / fraud detection ๐Ÿฅˆ Rubidex ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“ก Data governance + AI security ๐Ÿฅ‰ Reality Defender ๐ŸŽญ๐Ÿค– Deepfake / AI misinformation detection Again, just AI brainstorming for fun โ€” not financial advice or actual merger rumors ๐Ÿ‘ What other pre-DA SPACs are people watching lately? ๐Ÿ‘€ # $ASTS $IONQ $RKLB

Congrats to the Ai cloud SPAC $BRUN (commons at ~$30) / $BRUNW (warrants at ~$18.25) Thoughts if the Tom Lee SPAC $FCRS , FCRS/WS โ€ฆ or $RTAC , RTACW announce a similar cloud, Ai, or data center-type company.. then they could pull a similar more to BRUN? Or no?

Watching $RTAC & RTACW. This may be one of the more politically/network-connected SPACs out there right now given the DWAC/TMTG overlap and stated focus on AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and dual-use tech. Same general themes as $PLTR $AI $CRWV $RUM. Some private companies that could conceptually fit the broader theme/network: ๐Ÿค– Reflection AI โ€” frontier AI systems ๐ŸŒ Ayar Labs โ€” AI/data-center optical chips ๐Ÿฆพ Skild AI โ€” robotics/autonomous AI ๐Ÿ” Chainalysis โ€” blockchain intelligence โšก Epirus โ€” anti-drone defense systems ๐ŸŒŠ Saronic โ€” autonomous naval tech ๐Ÿ”’ Fireblocks โ€” institutional crypto infrastructure ๐Ÿ›ฐ๏ธ True Anomaly โ€” military-focused space systems ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Hadrian โ€” AI-driven manufacturing ๐Ÿš€ Castelion โ€” hypersonic defense tech Not implying anything obviously โ€” just speculating on what kinds of targets might align with the management team and focus areas. Curious what others think is most realistic?

$RTAC Swider just resigned from TMTG, responded to a truth social comment on a photo with him and Gensler saying he had some urgent documents to file, and a new delaware filing for Renatus SV LLC was filed. That and in his TMTG leaving statement he said his primary goal was overseeing the IPO and is embarking on a new chapter. Probably nothing.
