🤖 NTWO announced FORT Robotics. Another physical AI / robotics SPAC deal. ⚡ $CCXI / CCXIW + Agility Robotics was another recent example. 🔎 Interesting that Tom Lee’s spac, $FCRS , FCRS/WS explicitly lists robotics + AI among its target sectors. 🛡️ $RTAC / RTACW is less direct — focus includes dual-use tech, IoT/data security + critical infrastructure. 🔥 Interesting SPAC theme to watch. No suggestion FCRS or RTAC is pursuing robotics — purely speculative. Thoughts? $SYM $KITT 🤔💭

Been digging into $FCRS & warrants (FCRS/WS) lately. Interesting to see a well-known CNBC contributor, Tom Lee, sponsoring a SPAC focused on AI, digital assets, fintech, robotics, infrastructure and more. Curious how it ultimately turns out. Congrats to everyone who did well with recent de-SPACs like $BRUN /BRUNW, $QBTS , $HQ /HQWWW, $INFQ , and others. It’s a reminder that SPAC outcomes can vary widely—from liquidation to strong post-merger performance. Just researching and following the space. What pre-DA SPACs are on everyone else’s radar? 👀

Curious if anyone here has looked into $FCRS & FCRS/WS warrants — Tom Lee’s SPAC. 🤔 I asked AI to dig through the team’s public backgrounds and brainstorm private companies that broadly fit its stated focus. One interesting public breadcrumb: Not related to FCRS, but Tom Lee, as Chairman of $BMNR , recently participated in BitMine’s $200M investment in Beast Industries. Just an interesting connection that came up while researching. Anyone else digging into FCRS or have other private company ideas? 👀 $ETH.X $ETH $ORBS

👀 Eagerly awaiting updates from Tom Lee’s SPAC: $FCRS and its warrants, FCRS/WS. 🤖 Focus includes AI, digital assets, fintech, robotics, & infrastructure. Roughly 14 months remain before an extension is needed. 📈 $BRUN / BRUNW is a recent example of how varied SPAC outcomes can be. Following its merger, the common shares nearly doubled (about +90%), while the warrants traded from roughly $0.25 to around $30 (about +11,900%) before later settling near the $10 range. 🚀 $HQ / HQWWW is another example of a SPAC that delivered strong returns in both its common shares and warrants. ⚠️ Historical examples only - not a prediction or expectation for any other SPAC. 🔎 Looking forward to seeing what more pre-DA SPACs like FCRS $RTAC PMTR NOEM WENN POLE etc. ultimately announce.

I’ve been following $BMNR and Tom Lee’s work at Fundstrat, but I’m also interested in $FCRS , the pre-DA SPAC whose sponsor team includes Tom Lee. A pre-DA SPAC is basically a mystery box. The eventual acquisition may offer some insight into where the team sees opportunity. Do they stay focused on digital assets and financial infrastructure, or head in a completely different direction? There’s also FCRS/WS, the public warrants. They have a different risk/reward profile than the common shares—they can outperform if a successful business combination is completed, or expire worthless if the SPAC liquidates. SPACs have had plenty of disappointments, but they’ve also taken companies like Rocket Lab, DraftKings, IonQ, Rigetti, D-Wave, ASTS SpaceMobile, and Oklo public. Past outcomes don’t predict future results. Just a thought exercise based on public information. What sector do you think FCRS ultimately pursues? Thoughts? $ORBS $ETH.X $ETH

Noticed $FCRS commons had a couple bigger-volume days Mon/Tues, plus some decent FCRS/WS action. Pretty quiet today though, so could just be arbs / SPAC noise. Still watching it because $HQ , $BRUN , $CCXI , $INFQ etc. showed how fast SPAC commons + warrants can move when the right target/theme hits. No idea if anything’s brewing — just one I’m keeping on radar. High risk, warrants especially. Not financial advice.

$FCRS & FCRS/WS 👀 Just wanted to ask here again… FCRS is the SPAC sponsored by Tom Lee and the Fundstrat team, which is why it caught my attention when thinking about adjacent industries and public relationships. Tom Lee has a publicly known connection to Beast Industries through BMNR’s reported investment. Beast management has also spoken publicly about possible fan ownership access someday. No known connection to FCRS, and no indication of any transaction. Just noting public information and industry overlap. Curious what others think — pure insanity or even a remote possibility worth discussing? 🧩 $BMNR $GRNY $ETH.X $ORBS

Congrats to the SPAC runners: BRUN / BRUNW, IONQ / IONQ.WS, & INFQ / INFQ/WS 👏 Last prices seeing: $BRUN ~$29.51 / BRUNW ~$18.29 $IONQ ~$56.32 / IONQ.WS around ~$46–49 $INFQ ~$13.53 / INFQ.WS ~$6.75 Nice reminder of what can happen when a SPAC lands the right theme at the right time: AI infrastructure, quantum, chips, defense/compute, etc. Looking pre-DA names like $FCRS / FCRS.WS and $RTAC / RTACW. Could they behave similarly if they announce the right theme? FCRS is interesting because Tom Lee’s SPAC stated focus includes AI, digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, robotics, and communications — but with ETH/BMNR sentiment mixed lately, curious if people think faith in the Tom Lee angle has lessened, or if the SPAC could diversify away from a crypto-adjacent lane. RTAC also feels like one to watch if the target fits the current defense/AI infrastructure theme. Pure speculation obviously — no known deal implied, not financial advice, just asking what SPAC people think. 👀⚠️

Just ran the math on BRUNW ( $BRUN warrants) … $0.25 → $25.00 = 100x That’s roughly a 9,900% return in about a year. Absolutely wild. INFQW ( warrants of $INFQ ) was another notable one. It was around $0.50 a year ago, and recently traded around $10. I’ve been watching $FCRS , FCRS/WS, $RTAC / RTACW, and $PMTR / PMTRW, but those warrants are already closer to the $0.75 range, so the risk/reward profile is different and a bad outcome could still mean a substantial loss. I know BRUN-type moves are extremely rare and most pre-DA warrants never come close. Just curious—what SPAC warrants in the $0.20-$0.40 range are people watching today that they think have asymmetric upside if a strong deal gets announced? Not investment advice. Just discussing SPACs and historical examples.

Beast management has also spoken publicly about possible fan ownership access someday. Obviously no known connection to FCRS specifically, and a deal this size would likely need substantial PIPE funding anyway. Just following public info and industry overlap. Congrats to $BRUN / BRUNW holders 👏🔥 Big move after the AI cloud infrastructure merger closed. Interesting example of how the market can react when a SPAC lands a strong AI compute + HPC story. Makes me wonder which current pre-DA SPACs could attract similar attention if they eventually announce an AI infrastructure / cloud / data center type target 🤔 Watching closely: • $FCRS / FCRS/WS • $RTAC / RTACW Pure speculation only — pre-DA SPACs are highly risky and many never complete a merger. Curious what other names people are watching in the AI infra space. #SPAC #AI #CloudComputing $CRWV $NBIS

Some of the biggest SPAC winners over the years ended up being names like $RKLB and $ASTS 🚀📡 Made me curious if there are still any interesting asymmetric opportunities left in the pre-DA warrant / rights world 👀 Obviously these are VERY speculative and some can absolutely liquidate — not recommendations, just discussion. A few I’ve been watching: 🔮 $FCRS & FCRS/WS — AI / crypto / infrastructure 🛡️ $RTAC & RTACW — defense / gov-tech themes 🚀 $PMTR & PMTRW — aerospace / defense angle ⚡ NOEM & NOEMW — energy transition / infra 🏦 TVA & TVACW — York-backed sponsor 💼 BCSS & BCSS/WS — Bain-backed ⏳ ALF & ALFUW — recently extended 🌀 IPOD & IPODW — recycled shell with new sponsor/control group 🛸 TACH & TACHW — Titan sponsor 🏁 POLE & POLEW — Andretti network 🦁 CUB & CUBWW — Lionheart group 💳 APTX $ APXTW — fintech / treasury spec 🎲 KFII & KFIIR — ultra-cheap rights lottery ticket Curious if any SPAC veterans here have opinions on these or other pre-DA names still flying under the radar.
