$DBX Momentum persists only for businesses proving consistency quarter to quarter. Governance alignment can reduce perceived uncertainty. Credible progress tends to compress risk premiums. Sentiment should follow confirmed results rather than headlines.

The $58 DCF Ghost That’s Haunting the Bears 👻💰 The $DBX tape is officially a glitch in the Matrix. While retail panics over a CFO departure, the big boys like Tudor Investment just slammed the "Buy" button with a 3,963% stake increase. We are looking at a $900M+ FCF machine trading at a 50% discount to its intrinsic value. The Flow: Institutions still own 94% of the float, and the put-call ratio is leaning heavily into the "Santa Rally" narrative. Bull Key Levels: A daily close over $29.35 ignites the parabolic move toward the $38.00 bull targets. Bear Key Levels: If we lose the $27.19 structural floor, the 52-week lows at $24.42 become the next magnet. Smart money is loading the AI-workflow moat while the crowd is blinded by the "falling knife" headlines. 🚢💎 #hovdid

$INOD In response to AI_Bull's post below this one: I see AI space as not that big of a barrier of entry. Hence lots of AI companies out there and more coming. But, this isn't all negative as it could lead to AI Space consolidation (merger and acquisitions). A company like Innodata could one day be merged with a Cloud Services AI company like $ORCL and there are a lot of Cloud Services companies out there $DOCN $BOX $DBX just to list a few more. All seem to be carrying a much higher Market Cap than your Data Engineering companies like Innodata so they have means to M&A.

$DBX CFO Timothy Regan will step down after five years. He’ll be replaced on Dec. 16 by Ross Tennenbaum, a senior Avalara executive, as Dropbox increases its AI investments. Regan stays as a non-executive employee until 2026, and Dropbox expects results in line with guidance. https://blog.dropbox.com/topics/company/welcome-cfo-ross-tennenbaum-cbo-eric-webster

Dropbox announced that CFO Timothy Regan will step down after five years in the role and nine years with the company. His resignation becomes effective December 16, 2025, though he will remain as a non-executive employee until March 15, 2025. The company said in an SEC filing that Regan’s departure reflects his desire to pursue the next chapter of his career and is not related to any disagreement with Dropbox. Ross Tennenbaum has been appointed as the new CFO. He previously held senior leadership roles at Avalara—including President, CFO, and EVP—and earlier worked as a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division. Dropbox also named Eric Webster as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing experience from Silversmith Capital Partners to help strengthen the company’s commercial strategy. CEO Drew Houston welcomed Tennenbaum, highlighting his financial expertise. $DBX
