Post 1 of 3 about CES: Time to do some extreme prep for the Consumer Electronics Show-CES. PR week starts Jan 1 and it’s in location. Wired, Time, Gizmod, and a bunch of other publications are going to be posting articles about some of these presenters. So let’s make sure we have some BEFORE the fomo starts up.

$ARBE is going, and has a location that will see plenty of traffic
$GWAV is lesser followed but can react big time to volume surges. I am in both.
$QBTS and
$QUBT are going, the latter is a featured exhibitor
Important reminder: check the offering risk. It’s easy to do yourself. Just check cash/share and EPS/share and there’s one estimate for how soon they need an offering. Then check if there’s an S1 or S3 filed, which are the starting filings for a shelf. If they’ve filed a shelf, odds are they’re going to release the shelf right after thier stock price spikes from their presentation. That comes as a 434b3 OR an S-1/a -3/a
