On 5/29 they announced the plan to divest the Ekso Bionics business which isn't a surprise, but also said... "The company expects “material” charges, including severance, lease termination payments, transaction expenses, and other exit costs, but has not yet determined reliable estimates. Financial impact will depend on the eventual sale or wind-down terms and the level of these charges once quantified."
