I keep seeing and reading how happy these people are. I don't think that's always the case.
If something is having an obvious negative impact on your life then by all means, cut it out.
But what ever happened to balance? Or most things in moderation are okay?
I love a couple of beers with good friends just to catch up and tell stories or after a great day of skiing or outdoor activity, a cigar on the river while fly fishing, a lazy Sunday once in a while watching sports.
Interesting to see a very contrarian article when it comes to drinking.
