$CLBR stock is currently at 300 million. The closest stock to grab a gun I could find is $AOUT. Slightly profitable. Comparison: AOUT has double the revenue and nearly a third of the market cap of CLBR Most gun retailers trade at extremely low multiples and I’d have to say $CLBR looks overpriced but that’s not to say it can’t go higher. Just something to take into account. We all knew $CRCL was overpriced at 80 but it was always gonna go higher so not necessarily end of the world. Need a big bubble to form in $CLBR/ $PEW to go higher, we’ll see

$AOUT American Outdoor Brands withdraws FY26 revenue guidance The company had seen FY26 revenue of $220M-$230M vs. FY25 revenue of $222.3M. CFO Andrew Fulmer said, "Looking ahead, we acknowledge that the macro environment remains dynamic, particularly with respect to evolving tariff policies and consumer behavior. Given this uncertainty, combined with our retailers choosing to accelerate purchases of approximately $8M-$10M in orders originally planned for FY26, we are suspending our previously issued fiscal 2026 net sales guidance. This decision reflects prudence, not a change in conviction - we remain confident in our innovation capabilities, our cost discipline, and our flexible, asset-light operating model. The strategic initiatives we've implemented - enhanced retail placement, operational efficiencies, and a robust new product pipeline - give us the tools to remain agile and well-positioned for long-term growth."

$AOUT American Outdoor Brands reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS 13c vs. (0c) last year Reports Q4 revenue $61.9M vs. $46.3M last year. "FY25 was a landmark year for American Outdoor Brands, as we exceeded our expectations across the board - thanks to continued innovation momentum, strong execution, and deepening partnerships with our retail and distribution channels. A portion of our anticipated FY26 demand was accelerated by retailers who acted to secure inventory of our most popular products. Across the business, we made major progress on our long-term strategic goals: we successfully transitioned DTC brands like Grilla and MEAT! into retail, delivered double-digit international growth, and continued our strategic mix shift toward the Outdoor Lifestyle category, which now represents 57% of our revenue, up from 40% in FY21... we capitalized on our operational leverage, achieving nearly 81% EBITDA growth and delivering improved efficiency across our new ERP platform and expanded distribution center...While macro-level unknowns remain, we are confident in our ability to adapt, respond, and continue delivering value for our stakeholders."

$AOUT Heads up alert! upcoming earnings on Thursday, 6/26/2025 for $AOUT Neutral (5.0) In analyzing American Outdoor Brands, Inc. (AOUT), the current financial landscape reveals a company that is strategically positioned in the outdoor products sector. The P/E ratio for AOUT hovers around 15, indicating that the stock is reasonably valued compared to the industry average of 18. This suggests a potential for growth, particularly as the outdoor recreation market continues to expand post-pandemic. The company's EPS growth rate is projected at 10% for the upcoming fiscal year, which aligns with broader trends in consumer spending on outdoor activities. Revenue forecasts suggest a steady increase, with estimates predicting a rise from $80 million to $90 million over the next year, driven by new product launches and expanding market reach. In comparison to its peers, AOUT’s margins are slightly below the industry average due to higher costs associated with supply chain disruptions. However, the management has implemented strategies to mitigate these effects, such as diversifying suppliers and optimizing inventory management. The institutional ownership, which stands at 69%, indicates strong confidence from large investors in the company’s long-term prospects, potentially stabilizing the stock price amidst market fluctuations. Upcoming earnings reports are set to be pivotal for AOUT, with the fiscal 2025 fourth quarter release scheduled for June 26, 2025. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of approximately $0.35 per share, reflecting a year-over-year increase. Historical performance has shown a trend of exceeding analyst expectations, which could bolster investor sentiment. With the current consensus estimates in favor of a bullish outlook, any positive surprises could lead to a significant uptick in stock performance, while any shortfalls might result in volatility. The overall performance of the outdoor products sector has been resilient, with a recent growth rate of 6% driven by increased consumer interest in outdoor activities. As AOUT continues to innovate and adapt to market demands, it remains well-positioned to capitalize on this upward trend, making it a noteworthy consideration for investors looking at the sector. - Funds were net buyers of $AOUT during the previous reporting quarter. - Top 1 funds with large holdings in $AOUT: - Engine Capital Management LP, MV: $8MM.
