$VTLE IMO this Raymond James downgrade is quite a BS. why - they even do not give a price target and timelines (it is short time or long time adjustment? what are reasons?... no answers). i could even suggest some big guy order "do me one more dip to buy me after i sold just day ago". in long term i am still positive and i see oil small caps heavy oversold and overshorted

$VTLE Oil is still holding around 75, and the funds managers with their programed algos are still selling this, unbelievable. I can see this shooting up on monday once we are past these options, provided oil doesn't crash. It seems that shorts are spending capital holding this and other oil stocks down while they wait for oil to crash. How long can they keep this up?
