$SFWL looks great on paper, undervalued, strong data, everything says it should move. But it’s dead: no volume, no momentum. Then
$JEM, a ticker with zero real info, goes from 4 yesterday to 0.45 today on heavy volume.
That’s the reality of this market: we’re not trading data, we’re trading flows. Most of the time we’re following someone, but who? Institutions, funds, algos, or just a swarm of retail? Price only goes where the volume decides. Fundamentals can paint the story, but without demand they’re just numbers. And sometimes it’s the opposite: no story, no data, but all the liquidity piles in and the chart becomes a battlefield. Feels like we’re chasing footsteps in the dark, trying to guess who’s making the noise.
The real question isn’t just what’s the setup? it’s who’s behind the volume? Because if we can’t answer that, we’re just passengers, not drivers.
