$NWTG You were hyping this up non-stop for months, yet you exited and left everyone here bag holding. Now you're still trying to mislead people. As per usual your posts contain nothing factual and just speculations that are easily disproven. You mention nothing about their financials, and just say "they will not use the ATM". They've already stated they're going to use it to operate. You also don't mention they broke their contract with Aegis to even open the ATM. That will have consequences be that in more dilution for shareholders or less money for Newton. You're also understating how much "personally" insiders have bought. Every insider buying in 2025 has other jobs and are multi-millionaires. They're getting salaries and stock options here as well. The CEO gave himself a 250k salary for 2024. The 100k he "invested" back into the company was money that he drained from retail to begin with. They've -99%'d retail twice already, they still get paid regardless if it happens again.

$NWTG They need to diversify the product portfolio. Good apparel is a money maker and great marketing. I don't know why they didn't add apparel in March with the rebranding. If they do in fact get OEM partnerships, this will rip. They will avoid using the ATM until the price is higher. Don't forget how much money they have spent, personally, on this stock since April. They have under 5m OS. This could 5x from here on the right news. I am unfortunately not confident in management and their ability to frame news in a way that attracts buyers - or their ability to utilize the network they are afforded by having such a presence with tour players.. They fumbled an acquisition too, 100% in my opinion. I think that's why the CFO left abruptly. Something happened with their M&A stance.

$NWTG Someone here want to explain the insane amount of copium they put on the ATM in an attempt to down play it? "$10 million is over, at our current run rate, that’s over two years of operating capital. There is no need to dilute our existing investors and go raise $10 million at this level." "we’re not burning a tremendous amount of money" For reference they spent: Q4 2024: 2.21m Q1 2025: 2.82m Q2 2025: 2.91m Q3 2025: 3.23m Or over 11 million spent in the last year. They will currently have around 1 million cash left as of end of November. Their cost of operations goes up each quarter, and they clearly mentioned they want to keep expanding which will balloon it even further. Their gross profit for the past year hasn't even been 5 million yet. Their 2026 has no plans of breaking even, let alone making a profit either. But yeah, guys don't worry this 10 million is gonna last us "over 2 years". 🤣

$NWTG Intentions mean essentially nothing. I'm sure every bull here didn't intend on losing 50% in a month either. If you actually read what he said, he says "not interested in raising significant amounts". He also says "I think", those are not certain responses. "we’re in position to take care of our balance sheet, provide for future growth while mitigating dilution. At these levels, no. We’re not interested in raising significant amounts of capital because we’re not burning a tremendous amount of money" "I don’t think you guys have to be fearful of us raising money that will be incredibly dilutive to the investor." Clearly that means they did dilute at this level and will continue to do so, just not "significant" amounts in one go. Obviously they can't dump millions of shares all at once because it would tank the stock to pennies and they would max their authorized shares. Either way they're out of money and spend 2-3x more than they make. They don't really have a choice.

$NWTG I haven’t added anything here for a while as my current position in this is minimal as compared to what I had at one point earlier this year (still have a small position though, that’s why I check this board randomly). But this is bad now. It’ll probably go through another RS before breaking even
