$PI Should have paid attention to insider sales. Sylebra Capital LLC sold a
$100 million stake in PI from mid-September 2025 to the year-end. Their CEO also sold
$7 million+ during the span. This sounds a lot like another 10% insider (investor) that I am aware of whose sudden exist was followed by a 25-50% stock crash. Pay attention to insider sale transactions, not just insider buys or what the Oracle of Seattle says. In fact, he doesn't have much of a track record so we can't even say he's some oracle. Just because someone appears on CNBC doesn't mean he is a great investor.
