$NNDM Houlihan lokey is on the line here, I am awaiting their fairness opinion.
$HLI reputation is on line, they better not screw it up , bec I have alot of people i know working for the top banks and their credibility will be lost. I hope houlihan rejects the valuation that BOD AND I finite put together, any adviso would see this as a bullshit valuation. My opinion is nano allready lost as Oramed increased stake, combine murchison and boothbay is 20% right there against the deal allready it seems like.
