$COLD @Gak000 In the 6 months since you posted this, COLD is up over 19% and has paid a Dividend over 7% along the way. You need to learn to Buy-and-Hold long term for Income Stocks like COLD, as I also hold ownership interest here but normally don't comment about it. These are the Slow-and-Boring stocks you don't even need to talk about, they're just Steady-Eddie and you enjoy the Dividend only and if Price Appreciation occurs, it is a bonus. To be blunt, you didn't know what you owned. Down the road, the Federal Reserve will eventually lower Interest Rates and all of these REITs will get a boost in profit margins (and will see Stock Price Appreciation).
FOMO is a disease. Cure yourself of it.
