$COLD some of these companies just don’t translate into public equities. People dont care. There is no momentum, there is no news. Americold and $LINE have been undisputed disasters of an investment. Even the almighty $PLD has been a waste of time over the last 5 years while the broader S&P has ripped. While you absolutely have to know what you own - you don’t necessarily have to own what you know.

$COLD agree with mentally ill. I bought 25,000 shares under $11. Soft demand for cold storage and some negative news for 26 baked in price reduction. Totally happy with collecting north of 8% cash dist. While the stock price increases over the next 5 years. The need for cold storage is not going away and will get back on track in 27 and beyond.
