$VTSI I think it will continue to go down. I'm waiting for the 4's before I start a position. Should eventually get there unless DOGE starts releasing funding for these contracts sooner. If/when that happens, I will start buying immediately.

$VTSI loading this again. Backlog overreaction. Government favors defense and military, hence not the same issue that challenges academic institutions. Except major corrections through eoy, downside risk is minimized. Good entry for me at $5.3
