Our portfolio is made up of B2B marketing agencies, education/course businesses, content/publishing, and some ecommerce. increasingly using AI to help grow them and/or launch new AI products and services. The board reviews any acquisition we want to make. They typically want to know the terms, the financing, why we like it, how it will be run, what the risks are, what impact to our bottom line. They also want to make sure we have done our due diligence and thought about the process carefully.
