$ONFO This is how I trade pennies stocks with the following easy rules to follow:
1. Take small losses when below VWAP.
2. Get back in if it recover and move above VWAP.
This will minimize losses. And it always give you the opportunity to capitalize if the stock recover.
$SONO is a clear example that this strategy works 100%.
Due to market condition, not too hot, my TG was only
$5, I was surprised to see it can go above
$5 to
$6.
These stocks you don't hold too long.
Tons of bad news can released anytime like r/s, dilution, late filings.
These stocks are NEVER investment vehicles. Only for momentum trading. The minutes momentum is gone, it can drop 90% seriously.
