The company left "WARNING" statement on F1. Which means the value of present shareholders will be 0ish.
"Existing shareholders will experience immediate and severe dilution to their ownership interest and voting power upon the effectiveness of this offering and the subsequent exercise of the warrants.
Because the assumed public offering price per Unit (
$0.79) is substantially lower than the current market price of our Class A common stock, and because the Warrants can be exercised for up to 16,000,000 shares of Class A common stock without additional cash input, the influx of these shares into the public market will significantly depress the market price of our stock and effectively diminish the economic value of your investment to a nominal amount."
