$PARA Hopefully the Courts in Delaware have the balls to force Redstone & Ellison to let PARA B shareholders vote on the merger. 90% of PARA shareholders don't want this very bad deal that trades Ellison almost 50% of Paramount for his little money losing Skydance Studio. Paramount needs nothing Skydance has, why would they buy it for almost 5 BILLION in PARA stock? All this to let Redstone sell out her family NAI movie theatre business for way more than it is worth. Redstone should be in jail for what she is doing to Paramount shareholders.
