Company Profile

In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold bitcoin. The Delegated Sponsor of the Trust is Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. (the “Delegated Sponsor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. The Trust does not provide investors with direct exposure to spot bitcoin, and an investment in the Trust is not a direct investment in bitcoin.

$BTC.X $IBIT $FBTC.X $MSBT $MSTR Iran was using BTC and crypto to evade sanctions and collect tolls. Seeing this U.S. tried to force the BTC value down. But Bitcoin is worldwide. Once the U.S. pushed prices down, Iran actually benefited by buying cheaper BTC. Seeing that "down" didn't work, U.S. is now going to run the price up to make buying BTC harder!

$BTC.X $IBIT $FBTC.X $MSBT $MSTR Iran was using BTC and crypto to evade sanctions and collect tolls. Seeing this U.S. tried to force the BTC value down. But Bitcoin is worldwide.
